Cut the bouquet sideways andbake it in the oven on both sides.
In a large pan, put 2/3 of the olive oil and the onionson low heat covered to remove their liquids and stir at regular intervals.
When they get colored, addthe cherry tomatoes cut in half or if they are large at 4 and mix. Add sugarand salt and finally add the olives cut into fillets.
Take the baked baguetteslices, spread oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Put the mixture in the centerof a plate and around the baguettes.
