  • 2 basins
  • 1 general purpose knife
  • 1 egg beater
  • 1 mortar
  • 1 serving spoon without holes
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 mariz
  • 1 pot deepr
  • 1 tablespoon spider
  • 1 straine

Ingredients

  • 600 gr. mangel
  • 600 gr. yoghurt
  • 4 pcs. Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Sumac
  • 1 tbsp. black sesame
  • juiceof 3 lemons
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Clean,wash and drain the mangel.
  • Cutthe stalks and keep them separate.
  • Cutthe leaves into smaller pieces.
  • Puta pot of water to boil and first boil the stalks until they soften and then theleaves. Cool and drain very well.
  • Mashthe garlic with a little salt and dissolve with the lemon juice.
  • Putthe yogurt, the garlic with the juice, the olive oil and the sumac in a deepdish.
  • Mixwell and add the celery.
  • Stiragain to blend well with the rest of the mixture.
  • Finally,sprinkle with black sesame seeds on top
