- 1 general purpose knife
- 1 egg beater
- 1 mortar
- 1 serving spoon without holes
- 1 squeezer
- 1 mariz
- 1 pot deepr
- 1 tablespoon spider
- 1 straine
Ingredients
- 600 gr. mangel
- 600 gr. yoghurt
- 4 pcs. Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Sumac
- 1 tbsp. black sesame
- juiceof 3 lemons
- 150 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Clean,wash and drain the mangel.
- Cutthe stalks and keep them separate.
- Cutthe leaves into smaller pieces.
- Puta pot of water to boil and first boil the stalks until they soften and then theleaves. Cool and drain very well.
- Mashthe garlic with a little salt and dissolve with the lemon juice.
- Putthe yogurt, the garlic with the juice, the olive oil and the sumac in a deepdish.
- Mixwell and add the celery.
- Stiragain to blend well with the rest of the mixture.
- Finally,sprinkle with black sesame seeds on top
